Fat: 68.04g | Prot: 53.37g | Carb: 162.93g.   Breakfast:  Southern Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Egg (Whole), Frozen Mango, Baby Spinach, Frozen Peaches, Bananas. Lunch:  great value asparagus mixed veggies, grilled chicken. Dinner:  Royale Steakburger, French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other:  Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Gluten Free Crackers - Original, Rice Cakes - Chocolate Crunch, jif peanut butter, ocean spray berries and cherries.
