Fat: 169.34g | Prot: 199.01g | Carb: 235.15g.   Breakfast:  Ginger (Ground), Sundown Naturals Extra Strength Fish Oil, Kirkland CoQ10, Turmeric (Ground), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Genuine Health Vegan Proteins+. Lunch:  Spaghetti, Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast, Erik's Delicafe Chicken Gorgonzola Salad without Dressing, Grandessa Raspberry Vinaigrette, Saltine Crackers. Dinner:  Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Almond Bark Thins, Sarris Candies Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Blueberry.
