Lunch:  Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless, Coleslaw, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten).
