Hernia procedure 9 May. Rested a day and a half. Time to get out walking. Looking forward to some light exercise.

Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Chewy Chocolate Chip High Protein Bar (Small), Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips (28.3g), Hot Salsa.
