Fat: 103.60g | Prot: 67.43g | Carb: 217.94g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream. Lunch:  Butter, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese and Ham or Bacon, Pancake Syrup, Plain Pancakes, Tomato Juice. Dinner:  Beer, Pistachio Nuts, Pretzel Nuggets. Snacks/Other:  hot chocolate.
