Fat: 77.26g | Prot: 49.49g | Carb: 181.96g.   Breakfast:  Bagel Thins - Cinnamon Raisin, Fat Free Italian Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer, Honey , Neufchatel Cheese , Nutella. Lunch:  Carmela's Chicken Rigatoni (Dinner), Olive Oil, Peasant Bread, Whole Wheat Fettuccine. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added) , Ultra Light Beer.
