Lunch:  Bananas, cacao powder, Carrots, Cauliflower, Hemp Protein Powder 15g, Kale, MCT Oil, Nectarines, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk, V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Dinner:  Avocados, Gin, Grilled Chicken, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Cauliflower, Emerald Natural Walnuts & Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Special Dark Chocolate Kisses.
