Fat: 176.70g | Prot: 147.88g | Carb: 356.76g.   Breakfast:  100% Oraganic Grass-fed Ghee, Bananas, cacao powder, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fish Oil, Glory Foods Cut, Fresh & Tender Kale, MCT Oil, Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, biggest loser peppered pot roast, cacao powder, Cucumber (with Peel), Glory Foods Cut, Fresh & Tender Kale, Green String Beans, Lea & Perrins The Original Worcestershire Sauce, Pears, Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Sweet Potato French Fries, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Avocados, Broccoli, Chicken Caesar Salad, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Gin, Lettuce, Pepperoni, Royal Caesar Dressing, Tuna Salad, Whiskey.
