Fat: 119.90g | Prot: 136.60g | Carb: 251.59g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Fish Oil, Whole Milk, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Butter, ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, cauliflower. Lunch:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Turkey Breast Meat, cooked carrots. Dinner:  Chicken Fingers, Dinner Rolls, bacon, miller lite, bud light, guinness, Crab Fries, Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch. Snacks/Other:  Peppermint Puffs, broccoli, hidden vsllry ranch, Whole Milk, Peanuts.
