Fat: 119.90g | Prot: 136.60g | Carb: 251.59g.   Breakfast:  ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, Butter, cauliflower, Coffee with Milk, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fish Oil, Whole Milk. Lunch:  cooked carrots, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  bacon, bud light, Chicken Fingers, Crab Fries, Dinner Rolls, guinness, Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch, miller lite. Snacks/Other:  broccoli, hidden vsllry ranch, Peanuts, Peppermint Puffs, Whole Milk.
