Fat: 113.95g | Prot: 166.86g | Carb: 240.29g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, Fish Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Egg, Whole Milk. Lunch:  new orleans rubbed chicken, Green String Beans, Cauliflower, boiled egg. Dinner:  Chicken Fingers, Bacon, Dinner Rolls, shrimp, olive oil, miller lite, Crab Fries, Cheesesteak, Beer, Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch, Milk. Snacks/Other:  life saver mint, Peanuts, Peppermint Puffs, Almonds.
