Fat: 113.95g | Prot: 166.86g | Carb: 240.29g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fish Oil, Turkey Bacon, Whole Milk. Lunch:  boiled egg, Cauliflower, Green String Beans, new orleans rubbed chicken. Dinner:  Bacon, Beer, Cheesesteak, Chicken Fingers, Crab Fries, Dinner Rolls, Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch, Milk, miller lite, olive oil, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, life saver mint, Peanuts, Peppermint Puffs.
