Fat: 86.24g | Prot: 163.87g | Carb: 241.11g.   Breakfast:  apple, ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, Butter, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fish Oil, oikos plain nonfat, strawberries. Lunch:  Cooked Carrots, spinach, stuffing, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  Big Rooby's Almost Famous Skillet Fajitas, Cheese Pizza, Lite Beer (Bottle), Tequila, Turkey Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Baked Ruffles Original (Frito-Lay), Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate, Pirate's Booty, Vegetable Chips.
