Fat: 86.24g | Prot: 163.87g | Carb: 241.11g.   Breakfast:  oikos plain nonfat, apple, strawberries, ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Egg, Butter, Fish Oil. Lunch:  Turkey Breast Meat, spinach, Cooked Carrots, stuffing. Dinner:  Lite Beer (Bottle), Turkey Sandwich, Tequila, Cheese Pizza, Big Rooby's Almost Famous Skillet Fajitas. Snacks/Other:  Baked Ruffles Original (Frito-Lay), Vegetable Chips, Pirate's Booty, Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate.
