Fat: 58.40g | Prot: 123.32g | Carb: 151.50g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, ARNOLD MELBA THIN RYE BREAD, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Egg, Butter, Fish Oil, honey. Lunch:  cauliflower, Cooked Carrots, spinach, Turkey Breast Meat, stuffing. Dinner:  Quick and Easy Open Burrito. Snacks/Other:  Tootsie Pop, White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn 100 Calorie Pack, Teddy Grahams Honey, Milk Chocolate Kisses, Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Candy Blasts.
