Fat: 65.05g | Prot: 104.91g | Carb: 217.61g.   Breakfast:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tuna Fish Salad, Cranberry Juice. Lunch:  milk, kraft sharp cheddar low fat, Ketchup, eggs, Egg White, Bananas. Dinner:  Turkey Enchilada Casserole, milk, Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert, garden salad, wish bone fat free ranch. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), polar pomegranate, farmstand pomegranate blueberry.
