Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 53.99g | Carb: 173.86g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Fried Egg, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Yellow Summer Squash, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Sweet Onions, Bananas, Trader Joe's Frozen Mango Chunks, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. Lunch:  Amy's Organic Bean, Rice and Cheddar Cheese Burrito, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Strawberries, Balsamic Vinegar, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Arugula Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Barbera Wine.
