Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 53.99g | Carb: 173.86g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Coffee, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Fried Egg, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar, Sweet Onions, Trader Joe's Frozen Mango Chunks, Yellow Summer Squash. Lunch:  Amy's Organic Bean, Rice and Cheddar Cheese Burrito, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Arugula Lettuce, Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberries, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Barbera Wine.
