Fat: 66.12g | Prot: 37.96g | Carb: 165.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar, Fried Egg, Avocados, Tomatoes, Black Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled). Lunch:  Wheat or Cracked Wheat Bread, Mayonnaise, Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus, Tomatoes, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), Mt. Olive Pepperoncini, Newman's Own Organic Original O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies. Dinner:  Corn Taco Shell, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned), Avocados, Tillamook Fat Free Sour Cream, Grape Tomatoes, Lettuce, Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Zinfandel Wine. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Bar - Caramel with Black Sea Salt.
