Fat: 66.12g | Prot: 37.96g | Carb: 165.88g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Black Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Coffee, Fried Egg, Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Mayonnaise, Mt. Olive Pepperoncini, Newman's Own Organic Original O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), Tomatoes, Wheat or Cracked Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Avocados, Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Corn Taco Shell, Grape Tomatoes, Lettuce, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned), Tillamook Fat Free Sour Cream, Zinfandel Wine. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Bar - Caramel with Black Sea Salt.
