Fat: 36.69g | Prot: 47.19g | Carb: 197.14g.   Breakfast:  apple, Coffee, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Raisins. Lunch:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, coconut oil, Hard Boiled Egg, Marinara Sauce Classico, Rotini, spinach. Dinner:  Baby lettuce, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Garbanzo Beans, Girards Lite Champagne Dressing, kale, kidney beans, mushrooms, tomato, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
