Fat: 36.69g | Prot: 47.19g | Carb: 197.14g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Coffee, Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Raisins, apple. Lunch:  Rotini, Marinara Sauce Classico, spinach, coconut oil, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Hard Boiled Egg. Dinner:  tomato, kale, Zucchini, Baby lettuce, kidney beans, Garbanzo Beans, mushrooms, Girards Lite Champagne Dressing, Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased). Snacks/Other:  red wine.
