Fat: 19.82g | Prot: 42.47g | Carb: 146.89g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, Coffee, Egg White, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Sugar, Whole Wheat Sandwich Slenders (Eating Right). Lunch:  beet greens, carrot, Coffee, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), olive oil, onions, Sugar, sweet potato, yams. Dinner:  Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Granulated Sugar, Organic Vegetable Broth, Safeway Pinto Beans, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  White Table Wine.
