Fat: 23.01g | Prot: 46.75g | Carb: 258.72g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Sugar, raisins, Oatmeal, banana. Lunch:  Smart Tortilla, Corn, Black Beans, Daisy sour cream, flatbread cracker, Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil. Dinner:  Original Rice Pilaf Mix, Kale, Carrot, Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil, Unsalted Butter Stick, Sugar.
