Fat: 107.69g | Prot: 99.09g | Carb: 81.30g.   Breakfast:  low sodium bacon, pummelo, The Works (Large). Lunch:  greek gods honey orange yogurt, greek gods yogurt. Dinner:  appleton farms sausage, casa mamita salsa, cayenne pepper, chili powder, deer game meat, dried oregano, friendly farms sour cream, happy farms mex cheese, onion, paprika, romaine hearts.
