Fat: 86.50g | Prot: 69.67g | Carb: 84.94g.   Breakfast:  bakers corner brown sugar, breakfast best sausage, greek gods yogurt, Greek Yogurt Honey Orange, ground cinnamon, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats, salt, southern grove dates. Lunch:  appleton farms ham, nestle dark morsels, southern grove almonds. Dinner:  appleton farms ham, happy farms butter, happy harvest green beans.
