Fat: 86.50g | Prot: 69.67g | Carb: 84.94g.   Breakfast:  salt, ground cinnamon, millville oats, bakers corner brown sugar, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, southern grove dates, Greek Yogurt Honey Orange, greek gods yogurt, breakfast best sausage. Lunch:  southern grove almonds, appleton farms ham, nestle dark morsels. Dinner:  appleton farms ham, happy harvest green beans, happy farms butter.
