Fat: 119.99g | Prot: 86.03g | Carb: 130.46g.   Breakfast:  greek gods yogurt, ground cinnamon, honey, lemon juice, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats, salt, southern grove dates, spectrum coconut oil. Lunch:  banana, ground cinnamon, mayo, so delicious coconut milk, southern grove walnuts, tuna. Dinner:  kfc green beans, kfc honey mustard, kfc hot wings, kfc orig rec bites.
