Fat: 119.99g | Prot: 86.03g | Carb: 130.46g.   Breakfast:  salt, lemon juice, honey, spectrum coconut oil, ground cinnamon, greek gods yogurt, millville oats, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, southern grove dates. Lunch:  banana, so delicious coconut milk, southern grove walnuts, ground cinnamon, tuna, mayo. Dinner:  kfc honey mustard, kfc green beans, kfc orig rec bites, kfc hot wings.
