Fat: 77.64g | Prot: 73.21g | Carb: 79.26g.   Breakfast:  ground cinnamon, millville oats, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, friendly farms half & half, Oven Roasted Salted Whole Almonds. Lunch:  avacado, red leaf lettuce, casa mamita salsa, friendly farms sour cream, fit & active turkey, Venison/Deer Steak, happy farms mozz cheese. Dinner:  Chicken Thighs, Carrots, onion, birds eye red potatos & green beans.
