Fat: 77.64g | Prot: 73.21g | Carb: 79.26g.   Breakfast:  friendly farms half & half, ground cinnamon, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats, Oven Roasted Salted Whole Almonds. Lunch:  avacado, casa mamita salsa, fit & active turkey, friendly farms sour cream, happy farms mozz cheese, red leaf lettuce, Venison/Deer Steak. Dinner:  birds eye red potatos & green beans, Carrots, Chicken Thighs, onion.
