Fat: 117.92g | Prot: 93.03g | Carb: 56.91g.   Breakfast:  breakfast best sausage, friendly farms half & half, ground cinnamon, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats, Oven Roasted Salted Whole Almonds. Lunch:  goldhen eggs, mayo, tuna. Dinner:  avacado, casa mamita salsa, fit & active turkey, friendly farms sour cream, great value sliced olives, happy farms mex cheese, red leaf lettuce, shredded lettuce, Venison/Deer Steak.
