Fat: 117.92g | Prot: 93.03g | Carb: 56.91g.   Breakfast:  ground cinnamon, millville oats, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, friendly farms half & half, Oven Roasted Salted Whole Almonds, breakfast best sausage. Lunch:  tuna, mayo, goldhen eggs. Dinner:  Venison/Deer Steak, fit & active turkey, shredded lettuce, happy farms mex cheese, friendly farms sour cream, casa mamita salsa, great value sliced olives, red leaf lettuce, avacado.
