Fat: 60.75g | Prot: 57.00g | Carb: 83.00g.   Breakfast:  happy farms butter, ground cinnamon, millville oats, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, friendly farms heavy cream. Lunch:  cheesecake factory pumpkin. Dinner:  kirkwood chicken drumstick, happy harvest green beans, great value mac & cheese.
