Fat: 60.75g | Prot: 57.00g | Carb: 83.00g.   Breakfast:  friendly farms heavy cream, ground cinnamon, happy farms butter, milled golden flaxseed wild roots, millville oats. Lunch:  cheesecake factory pumpkin. Dinner:  great value mac & cheese, happy harvest green beans, kirkwood chicken drumstick.
