Fat: 97.37g | Prot: 42.41g | Carb: 310.30g.   Breakfast:  butter, honey wheat english muffins thomas'. Lunch:  mixed veggies, olive oil, rotini. Dinner:  butter, mrs t's potato and onion pierogies, sprite. Snacks/Other:  french fries, pizza hut breadsticks, Rocky Road Ice Cream, sweet baby rays.
