Fat: 66.79g | Prot: 93.69g | Carb: 206.06g.   Breakfast:  banana, egg white, whole wheat bread trader joe's. Lunch:  avocado, cucumber, green salad, kidney beans, olive oil, peas, trader joes reduced carb wheat tortillas. Dinner:  flank steak, gorgonzola, hard boiled egg, mixed greens, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  apple, beef noodle soup, clementine, fruit/spinach/yog smoothie.
