Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 61.98g | Carb: 259.15g.   Breakfast:  egg white, whole wheat bread trader joe's, orange. Lunch:  olive oil, cucumber, kidney beans, green salad, trader joes reduced carb wheat tortillas, vegetable soup, Baked! Original Potato Crisps. Dinner:  eggplant parmesan. Snacks/Other:  banana, fruit/spinach/yog smoothie, pear, apple, oyster crackersv keebler.
