Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 61.98g | Carb: 259.15g.   Breakfast:  egg white, orange, whole wheat bread trader joe's. Lunch:  Baked! Original Potato Crisps, cucumber, green salad, kidney beans, olive oil, trader joes reduced carb wheat tortillas, vegetable soup. Dinner:  eggplant parmesan. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, fruit/spinach/yog smoothie, oyster crackersv keebler, pear.
