Fat: 63.93g | Prot: 102.35g | Carb: 116.74g.   Lunch:  Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Publix Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Lay's Barbecue Potato Chips. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Tuna Salad Sandwich-Ready - Chunk Light, Triple Cheese Pizza Rolls, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips, Peanut Butter Cup.
