Fat: 86.01g | Prot: 64.92g | Carb: 254.90g.   Breakfast:  Betin Inc MontCherve goat milk yogurt honey flavor. Lunch:  Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, Dried Cranberries, Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Express Baby Spinach (Family Size), Lundberg Short Grain Brown Rice, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onions, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Food Club Sweet & Salty Peanut Granola Bars, Teddie Super Chunky Old Fashioned Peanut Butter, Unbuttered Popcorn Popped in Oil.
