Fat: 86.01g | Prot: 64.92g | Carb: 254.90g.   Breakfast:  Betin Inc MontCherve goat milk yogurt honey flavor. Lunch:  Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Dried Cranberries, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lundberg Short Grain Brown Rice, Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, Fresh Express Baby Spinach (Family Size), Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added). Dinner:  Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Swiss Cheese, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Onions. Snacks/Other:  Unbuttered Popcorn Popped in Oil, Banana, Teddie Super Chunky Old Fashioned Peanut Butter, Food Club Sweet & Salty Peanut Granola Bars.
