Fat: 63.84g | Prot: 47.97g | Carb: 174.22g.   Breakfast:  fiber one, Total, milk. Lunch:  Lentil vegetable soup, salad, vinaigrette, oat bran muffin. Dinner:  fried egg, mulligatawny soup, white rice, ezekiel english muffin, cream cheese, kettle potato chips. Snacks/Other:  popcorn, almonds.
