Fat: 63.84g | Prot: 47.97g | Carb: 174.22g.   Breakfast:  fiber one, milk, Total. Lunch:  Lentil vegetable soup, oat bran muffin, salad, vinaigrette. Dinner:  cream cheese, ezekiel english muffin, fried egg, kettle potato chips, mulligatawny soup, white rice. Snacks/Other:  almonds, popcorn.
