Fat: 113.51g | Prot: 113.51g | Carb: 122.73g.   Breakfast:  DHEA, green tea, sauerkraut, smoked salmon, udo. Lunch:  kombucha, orange. Dinner:  broccoli, carrot, ginger root, olive oil, pear, sirloin steak, Vinegar (Cider). Snacks/Other:  coconut oil, kombucha.
