Fat: 60.24g | Prot: 116.61g | Carb: 249.53g.   Breakfast:  Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), Fried Egg, Bacon, Spinach. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Whiting, Steamed Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Sweet Potato. Dinner:  Rotisserie Chicken, Butternut Winter Squash , Cooked Carrots, Broccoli . Snacks/Other:  Hard-Boiled Egg, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Dried Fruit Mixture, Honey , California Seedless Raisins, Bananas , Whole Organic Strawberries, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Grapes.
