Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Whiting, Steamed Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Sweet Potato. Dinner:  Broccoli , Butternut Winter Squash , Cooked Carrots, Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Bananas , California Seedless Raisins, Dried Fruit Mixture, Grapes, Hard-Boiled Egg, Honey , Whole Organic Strawberries.
