Fat: 78.24g | Prot: 122.83g | Carb: 126.84g.   Breakfast:  yogurt, banana, blueberries, oats, Adams peanut butter. Lunch:  kipper snacks, Chobani fruit yogurt. Dinner:  chicken breast, Balsamic salad dressing, feta cheese. Snacks/Other:  almonds, green tea, cooked popcorn, honey, vodka tonic, vodka, extra sharp cheddar cheese, thin Triscuits.
