Fat: 68.00g | Prot: 102.49g | Carb: 124.65g.   Breakfast:  Adams peanut butter, banana, blueberries, oats, yogurt. Lunch:  Chobani fruit yogurt, pork rib. Dinner:  Balsamic salad dressing, chicken breast, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  cooked popcorn, dark chocolate, green tea, honey, vodka tonic.
