Fat: 101.56g | Prot: 94.49g | Carb: 162.17g.   Breakfast:  yogurt, banana, blueberries, oats, Adams peanut butter. Lunch:  Balsamic vinaigrette, Chobani fruit yogurt, mediterranean crusted salmon. Dinner:  sausage, eggs, orowheat whole grain English muffin, extra sharp cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other:  blueberry bagel, smoked salmon, dark chocolate.
