Fat: 78.59g | Prot: 85.13g | Carb: 159.16g.   Breakfast:  yogurt, banana, blueberries, oats, Adams peanut butter. Lunch:  pork chop, apple. Dinner:  Mediterranean crusted salmon, Balsamic salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate, cooked popcorn, thin Triscuits, extra sharp cheddar cheese.
