Fat: 77.23g | Prot: 91.11g | Carb: 208.84g.   Breakfast:  yogurt, banana, blueberries, oats, Adams peanut butter. Lunch:  avocado, Light Mayonnaise, wheat berry bread, pork chop. Dinner:  Mediterranean crusted salmon, brie cheese. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate, honey, green tea, chobani blueberry fruit yogurt, Braeburn apple, vodka, vodka tonic.
