Fat: 51.03g | Prot: 100.39g | Carb: 139.43g.   Breakfast:  oats, blueberries, body fortress. Lunch:  broccoli, sesame oil, leek, mushrooms, sweet potato, prime extra lean ground chicken, great value chicken broth. Dinner:  tomato, cremini mushroom, parmesan , tomato puree, ricotta cheese, prime ground chicken, Cheese, Cooked Eggplant. Snacks/Other:  orange, omega 3 6 9, almonds, inulin fibre, sorbee sugar free milk chocolate.
