Fat: 43.74g | Prot: 119.38g | Carb: 115.49g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, body fortress, oats. Lunch:  broccoli, great value chicken broth, leek, mushrooms, prime extra lean ground chicken, sesame oil, sweet potato. Dinner:  green beans, sweet potato, turkey drumette. Snacks/Other:  black diamond string cheese, omega 3 6 9, orange, sorbee sugar free milk chocolate.
