Fat: 96.70g | Prot: 60.42g | Carb: 173.35g.   Breakfast:  Frozen Blueberries, Organic Vanilla Soymilk, Quick 1-Minute Oats, red seedless grapes. Lunch:  Almonds , Baby Carrots , Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, Natural Walnuts. Dinner:  Goetta. Snacks/Other:  Crisp All Natural Potato Chips, French Fried Onions, Mandarin Oranges.
