Fat: 67.97g | Prot: 83.26g | Carb: 185.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (20 oz), McDonald's French Fries (Small), McDonald's Premium Grilled Chicken Classic Sandwich. Dinner:  Genuine Steak House Brand Beef Ribeye Steak, Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), Light Sour Cream, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Water. Snacks/Other:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Thousand Island Dressing.
