Fat: 15.50g | Prot: 53.65g | Carb: 228.93g.   Breakfast:  Altinbasak , Hazelnut Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  hale and hearty 7 grain, moroccan chicken. Dinner:  goya cannellini, white bread, white rice. Snacks/Other:  grapes.
