Lunch:  Cedarlane Lofat Bean/Rice/Cheese, Medium Salsa. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Garden Salad, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch, Omega Trek Mix With Omega Fortified Cranberries, Organic Fruit Wrap - Apple Raspberry, Sugar Free Metamucil, Sugar Free Metamucil.
