Fat: 56.53g | Prot: 64.45g | Carb: 273.26g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Boiled Egg, Coffee, Coffee Creamer, Instant Oatmeal - Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Jalapeno Greek Yogurt Dip, Provolone Cheese Slices, Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, whole wheat sandwich thins. Dinner:  Black Beans, Butter (Salted) , Jasmine Rice, Low Fat Plain Yogurt, Mayonnaise , Salted Tortilla Chips, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Taco Sauce, Tostada Shells. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Caramel Apple, Chewy 90 Calorie Lowfat Granola Bars - S'mores, Pears.
