Lunch:  Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Hamburger Bun, Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla. Snacks/Other:  Spicy Three Pepper Hummus.
