Fat: 90.12g | Prot: 120.07g | Carb: 206.54g.   Breakfast:  Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch, Fat Free Skim Milk, Jam Preserves, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Blueberry Muffins. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cheddar Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing, Hamburger Bun, Bacon. Dinner:  Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla. Snacks/Other:  Spicy Three Pepper Hummus.
