Fat: 58.96g | Prot: 45.11g | Carb: 367.43g.   Breakfast:  Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, 1% Lowfat Milk. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Grape Tomatoes, Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing. Dinner:  corn potato chowder, 1% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Quakes Rice Snacks - Cheddar Cheese, Chocolate Fudge with Nuts.
