Fat: 57.58g | Prot: 45.54g | Carb: 111.48g.   Breakfast:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Chicken Fajita Quesadilla Personal (White), Chips and Salsa, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Sour Cream, Guacamole. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Cooked Carrots. Snacks/Other:  sunflower seeds frito lay.
