Fat: 49.47g | Prot: 114.65g | Carb: 161.60g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Egg, Kirkland Signature Natural Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Kirkland Signature Organic Salsa - Medium, Milk (Nonfat) , S&W Low Sodium Black Beans. Lunch:  Carrots, Celery, Dole Butter Lettuce, Skinless Chicken Breast, Sweet and Sour Sauce. Dinner:  Kale, Trader Joe's Organic Polenta, Trader Joe's Spinach, Fontina & Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Maranatha Maple Almond Butter, Market Pantry Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, Prize Slice Organic Apple Slices (6 oz).
