Fat: 85.56g | Prot: 115.21g | Carb: 139.80g.   Breakfast:  Maranatha Maple Almond Butter, Thomas' Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Boiled Egg, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Avocados, Taylor Farms Asian Chopped Salad, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dole Mandarin Oranges in 100% Fruit Juice. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Zucchini, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Dannon Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Toasted Coconut Vanilla, Prize Slice Organic Apple Slices (6 oz).
