Fat: 68.78g | Prot: 77.48g | Carb: 157.75g.   Breakfast:  Multi Grain with Omega-3, Butter, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Mahi Mahi, lemon butter sauce, yam, broccoli. Dinner:  Carl's Jr. turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  Toffee Peanut Perfection, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Cake Batter Ice Cream (Like It).
